Join West Side United on our mission to achieve health equity in Chicago. Through an ongoing collaboration, you can lend unique subject matter expertise, corporate engagement, and explore additional ways to help advance our ambitious mission.

  • Who: Corporations, large foundations, or public agencies that can operate at citywide scale ​

    • Contribute: Multiyear funding (≈ $5 M +), senior‑leadership engagement, and core‑business assets such as hiring pipelines or supplier spend 

  • Who: Sector experts (universities, workforce collaboratives, health associations, etc.) aligned to one of WSU’s four impact domains ​

    • Contribute: ≥ $1 M or equivalent specialised expertise and staff time to co‑lead domain strategy and initiatives

  • Who: Firms or nonprofits with niche skills needed for a single program ​

    • Contribute: Targeted funding or technical know‑how (e.g., data analytics, marketing, logistics) to design and deliver that initiative

  • Who: Trusted grassroots organizations embedded in West Side neighborhoods ​

    • Contribute: Direct access to residents, outreach support, and local venues for events or services

  • Who: Service providers, vendors, small businesses, or philanthropists offering broad assistance ​

    • Contribute: Monetary donations, pro‑bono services, or operational expertise (e.g., IT, catering, marketing)

  • Who: Groups already pursuing complementary goals on the West Side ​

    • Contribute: Independently funded programs that align with WSU aims, plus data sharing and coordinated communications (no formal monetary pledge required)
