The Community Advisory Group (CAG) brings together residents and community-based organizations (CBOs) to engage in meaningful discussions about social determinants of health, care delivery, workforce development, and Community Health Worker (CHW) opportunities.

During this bi-monthly meeting, participants will share insights on health equity, workforce development, and strategies to strengthen community partnerships that improve health outcomes. This session will include updates on CHW initiatives, opportunities to advise on equity-focused training, and space to provide feedback on community priorities.
